2023 8th International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Applications (ICCIA 2023) was held in Haikou, China during June 23-25, 2023, co-sponsored by Hainan University, hosted by School of Computer Science and Technology (Hainan University, China), co-hosted by Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norway). Several current and upcoming frontier technologies, innovative solutions, research results, as well as enterprises related to Computational Intelligence and Applications and their applications will be presented.

In the conferences, we have 5 sessions (In person + Virtual) with topics: Image Detection and Recognition; Computer Modeling and Image Processing; Image Analysis and Computer Vision; System Model Design and Intelligent Computing; Intelligent Information Management System and Data Analysis.
