The organizing committee has invited Prof. Ponnuthurai Nagaratnam Suganthan (IEEE Fellow) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, Prof. Shugong Xu (IEEE Fellow) from Shanghai University, China, and Prof. Keum-Shik Hong (IEEE Fellow) from Pusan National University, South Korea to deliver keynote speeches. They have given topics with "Randomization Based Deep and Shallow Learning Methods for Classification", "AI+5G - The New Era", "Brain-Computer Interface and Neuro-modulation: fNIRS Study" seperately.
Moreover the conference was composed of 8 technical oral sessions, topics coverd, for example, Software and Data Engineering, Machine learning, etc. Each parallel session went through smoothly and a “Best Presentation” award was issued at the end of sub-conference, with the support of session chairs.
