2024 IEEE the 9th International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Applications (ICCIA), was held in Haikou, China during August 9-11, 2024, co-sponsored by Hainan University, hosted by School of Computer Science and Technology (Hainan University, China), co-hosted by Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norway). Several current and upcoming frontier technologies, innovative solutions, research results, as well as enterprises related to Computational Intelligence and Applications and their applications will be presented.
2024 Haikou conferences will consist of 4 keynote speeches, respectively given by Prof. Jianguo Zhang (Southern University of Science and Technology, China), Prof. Lifang Wu (Beijing University of Technology, China), Prof. Ning Zhong (Maebashi Institute of Technology, Japan), and Prof. Aijun An (York University, Canada). This year we have 4 oral (on-site) sessions and 1 online session, with topics: modern information technology and image analysis, data-based system model and control technology, digital image analysis and processing method, communication and information system, etc.
